Redream Git (2017/10/29)

Redream Git (2017/10/29) is compiled. Redream (originally called Dreavm) is a work in progress emulator for the SEGA Dreamcast.

Redream Git Changelog:
* don't attempt to inspect maple frame data outside of device's frame
handler routine as the frame data format isn't standard across all
devices
* correctly set sh4 VERSION register
* remove old hw testing framework
