EmuCR: Vita3KVita3K Git (2025/04/01) is compiled. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.

ShadPS4 Pre (2025/04/01)

EmuCR: ShadPS4ShadPS4 Pre (2025/04/01) is released. An early PS4 emulator for Windows and Linux written in C++.

rpcs3 Git (2025/04/01)

EmuCR: rpcs3 rpcs3 Git (2025/04/01) is compiled. RPCS3 is an open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows and Linux. The emulator has been in development since early 2011 and currently supports modern DirectX 12, Vulkan and OpenGL renderers. The emulator is capable of booting and playing a decent amount of commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Many more titles are also becoming playable with future development by contributors.

mGBA Git (2025/04/01)

EmuCR: mGBAmGBA Git (2025/04/01) is compiled. mGBA is a new emulator for running Game Boy Advance games. It aims to be faster and more accurate than many existing Game Boy Advance emulators, as well as adding features that other emulators lack.

GearSystem Git (2025/04/01)

EmuCR: GearSystem GearSystem Git (2025/04/01) is complied. GearSystem is a Sega Master System / Game Gear emulator written in C++ that runs on iOS, Raspberry Pi, Mac, Windows and Linux. The main focus of this emulator is readability of source code with very high compatibility.

Gearcoleco Git (2025/04/01)

Gearcoleco Git (2025/04/01) is complied. Gearcoleco is a very accurate cross-platform ColecoVision emulator written in C++ that runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, BSD, Raspberry Pi and RetroArch. This is an open source project with its ongoing development made possible thanks to the support by these awesome backers.

FB Neo Git (2025/04/01)

EmuCR: FB AlphaFB Neo Git (2025/04/01) is compiled. FinalBurn Neo is an Emulator for Arcade Games & Select Consoles. It is based on the emulators FinalBurn and old versions of MAME.

PPSSPP Git (2025/04/01)

EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2025/04/01) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

BizHawk Git (2025/04/01)

EmuCR: BizHawkBizHawk Git (2025/04/01) is compiled. BizHawk is a A multi-system emulator written in C#. BizHawk provides nice features for casual gamers such as full screen, and joypad support in addition to full rerecording and debugging tools for all system cores.

Ares Git (2025/04/01)

EmuCR: aresAres Git (2025/04/01) is compiled. ares is a multi-system emulator that began development on October 14th, 2004. It is a descendent of higan and bsnes, and focuses on accuracy and preservation.

Seta GX beta v0.3.1

EmuCR: NESdSeta GX beta v0.3.1 is released. Seta GX is an experimental Sega Saturn emulator for the Wii. The original Yabause Wii port was heavily modified and simplified. A couple of improvements (namely CHD support and SCU emulation) come from devmiyax's Yaba Sanshiro. The main speed improvement comes from hardware accelerated rendering by using some tricks of the Hollywood GPU.

RetroBat v7.1.0

EmuCR: RetroBatRetroBat v7.1.0 is released. RetroBat is a set of Batch and Powershell scripts written to easily configure and launch EmulationStation for Windows. This frontend software is intended to gather your ROMs collection and run games with compatible emulators such as RetroArch. RetroBat can download and install all the softwares you need to have a good retrogaming experience on your PC. RetroBat is designed to run in Portable Mode. It means that you can either start it from HDD or from any removable storage device, as long as you do it on a computer that meets the requirements.

NegaMAME v0.276.1

EmuCR: NegaMAMENegaMAME v0.276.1 is released. NNegatron is a MAME dedicated front-end that has then been engineered to ease the task for users and be as intuitive as possible. On its first release in November 2015, it was the very first front-end to fully unlock the possibilities of machine configurations available in MAME. Some other front-ends caught up since. But when MAME changed its way to provide information to third-party front-ends in May 2017 with v0.186, it also prevented access to some important information to front-ends. In June 2018, Negatron has once again reiterated its prowess by working in association with the new MAME derivative called NegaMAME. NegaMAME behaves exactly like official MAME. But it simply adds a command that third-party front-ends can use to get back the information missing in MAME since v0.186, effectively helping Negatron to regain full access to all the features it already had in 2015.

MAMEUI v0.276.1

EmuCR:MameUIMAMEUI v0.276.1 is released. MameUI [formerly Mame32] is the GUI version of the Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator, a program which seeks to document the internal hardware and code of all arcade games. Originally authored in 1997 by Chris Kirmse, it was the first port of Mame™ to the Windows platform.

MAME v0.276 for Slackware

EmuCR: MAME for SlackwareMAME v0.276 for Slackware is released. These are MAME (and tools) packages for Slackware Linux (32-bit and 64-bit editions). MAME stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator.

Supermode Sinden v0.3a-12e3b6a

EmuCR: SupermodelSupermode Sinden v0.3a-12e3b6a is released. This is a fork of model3emu-code to add native Sinden light gun support. This fork uses ManyMouse to provide 2 player gun support in Linux and MacOSX. Two player mouse input in Windows is currently unchanged (supported in the official release) via the Windows Raw Input system. A Windows package is provided for Sinden border support.

WinVICE r45617

EmuCR: SDLVICE WinVICE r45617 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

psOff (2025/03/31) is released. An early PS4 emulator for Windows.

ScePSX Beta v0.1.6.2

ScePSX Beta v0.1.6.2 is released. ScePSX is a new Sony Playstation 1 emulator for windows (Open-Source in C# from unknowall). The core-code is partially based on ProjectPSX.

Xenia Git (2025/04/01)

EmuCR: XeniaXenia Git (2025/04/01) is compiled. Xenia is an experimental emulator for the Xbox 360. It does not run games (yet).

XEMU v0.8.46

EmuCR:Xbox EmulatorsXEMU v0.8.46 is released. xemu is an open-source, cross-platform application that emulates the hardware of the original Xbox game console, allowing users to play their Xbox games on Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. This project is focused on making significant forward progress in terms of features, performance, stability, and user experience in Xbox emulation. This project is an active fork of the XQEMU project, which is based on the very popular and highly actively maintained QEMU full system emulator project.

Supermodel Git (2025/03/31)

EmuCR: SupermodelSupermodel Git (2025/03/31) is released. Supermodel emulates Sega's Model 3 arcade platform, allowing you to relive state-of-the-art 3D arcade gaming as it existed from 1996 through 1999. It uses OpenGL, SDL2, and can run on Windows, Linux, and macOS. It also supports network play on low-latency network connections. The source code is freely available under the terms of the GNU General Public License.

Mesen2 Git (2025/04/01)

EmuCR: MesenMesen2 Git (2025/04/01) is compiled. Mesen is a NES/Famicom emulator and NSF player. It is still a work in progress - some features are currently incomplete or may change in future versions.

Cxbx Reloaded (2025/04/01)

EmuCR:Xbox EmulatorsCxbx Reloaded (2025/04/01) is released. Cxbx-Reloaded is an emulator for running Microsoft Xbox (and eventually, Chihiro) games on Microsoft Windows. The project began life as a fork of Cxbx with added 64-bit support. Work is currently underway to backport some of the improvements from Dxbx. Cxbx-Reloaded is still pretty unstable, don't expect it to run much at this point.
