FB Neo Git (2026/06/14)

FB Neo Git (2026/06/14) is compiled. FinalBurn Neo is an Emulator for Arcade Games & Select Consoles. It is based on the emulators FinalBurn and old versions of MAME.

* MSVC project preset optional Perl path
* Fixed build errors in makefile.mamemingw (Thanks JacKc) and minor issues for MSVC
* d_megadrive.cpp: added the support to "Xevious (HB, alpha-0.02)"
