The previous 'Show Touch Interactions' setting has been removed in favor of a new 'Touch Pointer Timeout' setting. | @OpenSauce04 #1931
Touch pointer rendering is now always enabled, but unless a controller is being used to move the touchscreen pointer, it will be hidden due to the timeout which is also enabled by default.
The pointer timeout is currently hardcoded at 4 seconds since the last time the pointer was moved.

Fixed an issue where applications would not display properly in the application list if its update title failed to load. | @PabloMK7 #1930
