Glitch64 SVN r173

Glitch64 SVN r173 is released. GlideHQ is a realtime texture enhancer library with hi-resolution texture pack support for Glide64. Glitch64 is the recommended Glide3x wrapper for Glide64, the Glide video plugin for N64 emulators. It currently supports S3TC texture compression, anisotropic filtering, widescreen resolutions and simulates almost all the Glide3x hardware capabilities used by the plugin, included texture buffer capability (needed for render to texture). It is coded using the OpenGL API and uses GLSL shaders.

Traditional and non-traditional techniques have been used to achieve speed and high image quality even on a 9 year old 3Dfx Voodoo2. Although the 3Dfx Glide3x texture format naming conventions are used, the library can be expanded for generic use. The library supports 6 enhancers and 6 image filters. FXT1 and S3TC texture compression are supported.

Shmupmame v2.0 is released. Shmupmame is an improved MAME. Shmupmame cuts down on input delay for a lot of drivers for shmups which owns. what also owns is that these drivers include the cps1, cps2, and cps3 drivers which means you can play capcom fighters with less input delay.

MESS SVN r9134 is released. MESS(Multi Emulator Super System) is an open source emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems. MESS is a source-available project which documents the hardware for a wide variety of (mostly vintage) computers, video game consoles, and calculators through software emulation, as MAME does for arcade games. As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.

It has been designed to allow client/server-based Doom gameplay over the Internet and LAN. It also supports an array of editing features, including the BOOM map format, DeHackEd and BEX patch support and support for several additional music formats, such as MOD and OGG.

RetroCopy v0.850 is released. RetroCopy is an accurate emulator with custom 3D interface for the Sega Genesis (Megadrive), Sega Master System (SMS), Nintendo (NES), Sega GameGear and arcade systems. It allows you to play the classic games for those systems on your PC. It is currently only available for Windows, with 32bit and 64bit versions available. RetroCopy is a new Master System emulator for Windows.
