Dolphin SVN r7393

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r7393 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

    Problems... Resolutions "4:3" part of screen goes out of place...
    Performance appears to be normal... but no increase in relation to earlier versions.

    Okay, huge problem with this build, as JosePA pointed out: the resolutions in the thing go out of whack for some reason in Fullscreen Mode using DX9, DX99 and OpenGL.
