Azahar Git (2025/03/05) is compiled. An open-source 3DS emulator project based on Citra.

Azahar Git changelog:
* cmake: `ENABLE_DEDICATED_ROOM` --> `ENABLE_ROOM`
* CMakeLists.txt: Remove references now-removed man documentation files
* Update license headers
* android: Update default birthday
* android: Replace `CITRA` username with `AZAHAR`
