Azahar Git (2025/08/07) is compiled. An open-source 3DS emulator project based on Citra.

Azahar Git changelog:
* readme: Updated MacOS install instructions
* ci: Distribute individual x86_64 and ARM64 macOS builds as well as universal
* cmake: Always use bundled spirv-tools, regardless of `USE_SYSTEM_GLSLANG`
* cmake: Added `USE_SYSTEM_SPIRV_HEADERS` option
