PCSX2 SVN r4727 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.
MP3PlayerPlugin v2.1 is released. MP3PlayerPlugin is a plugin for PSP. It's a nifty app that allows you to listen to your favorite tracks while on game mode. The plugin is compatible with CFW 5.00 M33, 5.03HEN, 5.50GEN, 6.20TN und 6.35 PRO.
MAME Plus! Plus Kaillera v0.142u5 r69 is released. MAME Plus! Plus Kaillera is a version of MAME with Kaillera support for online gaming against others.

Dolphin SVN r7594 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.
VGMToolbox SVN r835 is released. VGMToolbox is a C# based tool to assist VGM collectors and dumpers. It includes tools to extract, optimize, and build VGM formats as well as auditing and exploration utilities. [GBS, KSS, MDX, NSF(E), SID, S98, SPC, VGM, XA, XMA, xSF (PSF/PSF2/etc)].
a5200DS v1.3 is released. a5200DS is an Atari 5200 emulator running on the Nintendo DS and DSi written by Alekmaul. a5200DS is based on the source code of Atari800. To use this emulator, you must use compatibles rom with a52/bin format. You also need the 5200.bin rom bios to use it.
NeoGamma R9 Beta 50 is released. NeoGamma is s a disc based Backup launcher that is also able to load from SD/USB.
Ootake v2.58 is released. Ootake is a PC Engine emulator for Windows. Ootake is the most frequently updated PC Engine emulator available for windows, and Ootake is also one of the more complete. Also, Ootake is FREE unlike Magic Engine.
6.39 TN-A HEN Fixed is released. Total_Noob has released 6.39 TN-A now that there is a public kernal exploit. It seems to be a port of 6.20 TN-E (fix) but it does notes that there are some known bugs fixed. This HEN supports as always PS1 Games, Plugins, Homebrews. ISOs are not supported, use them with aLoader 1.25.
Altirra 2.0 Test 6 is released. Altirra is an Atari 8 bit Emulator on the Windows/DOS platform. Altirra emulates several models of the 8-bit Atari computers. This includes the the 800, 800XL, and 130XE versions. It has a lot of options, and compatibility is decent especially given the emulator's early stages. It also supports some copy protected games properly in emulation.

DeSmuME SVN r4039 is released. DeSmuME is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator for Linux, Mac OS and Windows. DeSmuME supports save states, the ability to increase the size of the screen and it supports filters to improve image quality. DeSmuME also supports microphone use on Windows and Linux ports, as well as direct video and audio recording. The emulator also features a built-in movie recorder.
DOSBox SVN r3717 is released. DOSBox emulates an Intel x86 PC, complete with sound, graphics, mouse, joystick, modem, etc., necessary for running many old MS-DOS games that simply cannot be run on modern PCs and operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux and FreeBSD. However, it is not restricted to running only games. In theory, any MS-DOS or PC-DOS (referred to commonly as "DOS") application should run in DOSBox, but the emphasis has been on getting DOS games to run smoothly, which means that communication, networking and printer support are still in early development.
