MedGui Reborn v0.043-1 is released. MedGui is a GUI (Frontend) for Mednafen WINDOW OS.

- Fixed a bug in csv reading caused by the separator ";" replaced with a more secure char "|" - Fixed a bug in reading of rom info and boxart with csv file - Added a control to verify the integrity of cvs file, in case of errors will be proposed rebuild of the same.
