P.E.Op.S. Soft GPU v1.18b for xBRZ v1.2 is released. xBRZ is a high-quality image upscaling filter for creating beautiful HD equivalents of low-resolution images.

Install P.E.Op.S. Soft GPU 1.18 with support for xBRZ:
1. place tbb.dll directly into the ePSXe installation directory (next to ePSXe.exe)
2. copy the plugin folder and included files to ePSXe installation directory
3. Start ePSXe, configure "P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver" and select xBRZ for "stretching"
