PPSSPP Git (2015/07/09) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* ARM32 jit: Implement vi2s, vi2c (but not the unsigned variants yet). uses the new shifts from the last commit
* ARM32: Disasm and emit NEON shifts-by-immediate
