PPSSPP Git (2016/02/28) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Merge pull request #8611 from unknownbrackets/diskcache
Set cache dir before loading config
* Set cache dir before loading config.
The config will try to check ISOs for existence, which may use the cache.
