PPSSPP Git (2017/08/19) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* Vulkan: Fix bug sometimes causing the wrong renderpass to be ended at exit, causing crashes.
