PPSSPP Git (2020/09/25) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Merge pull request #13477 from hrydgard/remove-time-cache
* Don't cache time in a variable.
* Enable BlockTransferAllowCreateFB for Burnout Dominator.
* Some GPU code cleanup. Disable some unnecessary reporting.
