Vvctre v38.1.0 is released. Vvctre is a Nintendo 3DS emulator based on Citra.

Vvctre Changelog:
Remove Tools -> Files and Tools -> Folders menus
and add Paths menu (has everything the old menus had and some new paths)
Port citra-emu/citra#5570
