cmd_play v1.8 is released. PC88 CMD PLAY emulation in C++/Win32.

cmd_play Changelog:
Fixed a bug where no sound was produced with #0 and #5.
Added "test3.bat".
Added option "-stereo".
Stereo/mono settings are now saved in the registry.
