* Fixed name clash in key names from leaky Windows defines.
* Minor update to MD5 class.
* Similar to StellaMod, make StellaKey an enum class, for stronger enforcement of datatypes.
* Similar to KeyMap, move JoyMap to a sorted vector with binary search; faster than unordered_map for the size involved.
