PCSX2 SVN r4980 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

THESE ARE SVN BUILDS
In order to make an emulator, coders write hundreds, even thousands of lines of code. This emulator is open source, and when a coder makes a change to the code, they add it to the public repository and this entry is numbered in order to keep track of what has been done.
Sometimes these changes are miniscule and don't do anything except clean up stray code, or fix spelling errors.
After a while, when enough changes have been made to be deemed significant (or when the team sees fit) they will release a new "official" version.
If you can't understand this, stay the fuck off this site.

The problem is EMUCR compiled every single svn make available without using their brain.
They just people to click their website and their download files.
Sure, it provides user with every single svn and tonnes of controvesy. You guys probably say don't download if you don't need it or read the changelog.
Most users are just gamers who just download blindly because they don't understand and just want their game to be playable.
The person who compiles and publish should use his/her brain.

EmuCr not compile most of the emulators that appear here. Some of them come from vending machines (pcsx2 - orphis), part of it is thoughtlessly copied from other websites (see the "official publications" winVice, from me) - the idea of service - CTRL + C / V and news ready. The idea of a good like any other, if it is able to use his head. And if someone is so stupid that it thinks is the official version repozytoryjna that's his problem.
You probably thought that this fix/hack would break a ton of games and cause major problems?

The point of SVN builds is just that, open testing and developer collaboration before the official releases.
I download SVN builds like 20 revs between. Copy the ini files and delete the old one. Nothing lost here.

This emulator is great if you dont like it go somewhere no one care about how "shitty" you think this emulator is, its suprising actually because alot of games is as simple as a setting adjustment and you could be running 60fps flat, but obviously some people are too stupid to realize what settings actually do, so you come back here after trying 1 or 2 games with your 10 year old cpu, and your like meeehhhh its so slow wtf is wrong this emulator it sucks blah blah blah, do you think that is justifiable.

And EmuCR doesn't compile crap builds, they just compile builds that are available for the purpose of tracking progress or testing. They don't make them any worse.
The fact is, I'm not here defending any of this builds/subversions particularly and also, you sir are an idiot and English not being your first language is not an excuse for that (hell, it isn't mine first either).

Your problem is your GPU, it's on on pair and it's bottle-necking the rest of your pc.
Also, what do you mean by "theoretically overclocked". You mean your CPU can go there but it's not there, henceforth not meaning a damn thing... or is it some sort of "Turbo mode OC" like with Sandy Bridges (I'm not really certain how phenom II x6 OC)

I tried but I just can't run every game on this emu on 60 FPS constant on 1080p without speedhacks, and my CPU isn't 10 years old, so that's not the reason, it's only 5. I'm gonna go cry now cause I can't play ps2 games in a more superior way smoothly.

Reinstall either plugin settings for gsdx or pcsx2 in whole (remember to back-up memcards (savegames)) and go step by step to see what is the problem. Because I cannot really guess what is "your way". And keep in mind, it's not that weird if pcsx2 start crashing if you change too many settings on the fly (while being in game).
