DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/04/26) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Move OPL setting initialisation into `opl.cpp`
* Move Sound Blaster setting initialisation into `sblaster.cpp`

* Remove CMS and None OPL mode references
* Silence `-Wlanguage-extension-token` Clang warning
* Add ESFMu to the MSVC build
* Add ESFMu to Meson
* Import ESFMu library
* Update Polish (pl) translation
