Lite Brite.

I've had a hunch about 3d function "0010" for awhile now, but I've been too busy with other things to act on said hunch. Luckily my guess was right - "0010" is a lighting function containing at least one directional light.

I don't have absolute proof that things are working correctly, but the globe in Fatal Fury Wild Ambition is supposed to be lit from the left, so I'm at least getting it correct for that part. Of course the sams64 games do things their own weird way, and I haven't found the light color parameters yet, but ya' gotta' start somewhere.
