msxDS v0.83 is released. msxDS is a MSX/MSX2/MSX2+ emulator for DS/DS Lite. msxDS is based on fmsxDS v.0.07 by Nyagosu. Several bugs fix and changes have been added. For example, the MSX2+ scrolling works.

- Fixed a bug in the management of background color for screen 0 mode.
- Added tape emulation. Support CAS files with fMSX-DOS format.
