Dolphin SVN r6137 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. OpenCL is enabled in this build.

JitIL: Reverted r6135 again. Please refer r6110, r6131, r6135, and Issue 3097 about the problem. I will check the problem after I get MP2.
