Mednafen v0.9.22 WIP is released. Mednafen is a multi-game-system emulator, for various platforms, including emulation of the following systems:Atari Lynx,Famicom,GameBoy (Color),GameBoy Advance,Neo Geo Pocket (Color), NES(both NTSC and PAL),PC Engine/TurboGrafx 16 (CD) and SuperGrafx,PC-FX,WonderSwan (Color).

- Misc minor PSX emulation tweaks. - Fixed PSX SPU emulation handling of illegal/excessive voice frequency values, fixes broken sound effects in "Tales of Phantasia", and other games. - Added missing L3 and R3 buttons to PSX Dual Analog gamepad emulation. - Improved Sega Genesis/Megadrive YM2612 emulation. - Slightly improved Sega Genesis/Megadrive VDP emulation timing.
