Improvements:

Fixed volume being muted by default (whoops).
Fixed mounted drives not getting persisted correctly if you quit by using the EXIT command.
Fixed bug with “Close window after exiting” option where the window would close immediately if you launched the default program from the program panel.
Added missing keyboard shortcut for “Hide Others” menu option (Cmd+Opt+H.)
Updated application help to correct some outdated info and broken links.
