I cannot get the emulator to go full screen under Windows XP, but then it might not be designed for such an old an operating system. Still, even under XP it works almost perfectly in a window, at 100% and 200% magnification. However, with borders off, the screen isn't quite properly centred. A few lines, one line in low resolution, are not visible as they're cut off horizontally from the top and vertically from the left-hand side.
