GameLoader ALL RH 271 is released. GameLoader is a Arcade PC game loader.

GameLoader ALL RH Changelog:
· In spite of warning in this Readme.txt, there seems to be someone who uses Game Loader ignoring warnings, so I updated the following.
* I agreed to "Ignore Warning" before running Game Loader and changed to specification that can be executed after agreeing.
* Open TTX.ini on the following path and add "Warning = Agree" after creating "[Ignore]" section.
* In Windows 10 x64, "X: \ Users \ USER NAME \ AppData \ Roaming \ Game Loader All RH \ TTX.ini"
* In Windows XP, "X: \ Documents and Settings \ USER NAME \ Application Data \ Game Loader All RHTTX.ini"

· Fixed a bug in which some hotkeys were in the valid state even though hotkeys were activated in an invalid state (for the sake of convenience, some hotkeys are not invalidated by specification).
· Fixed a problem that the CPU occupancy rate increased until loader termination processing was completed by a combination of some games and LoaderMode due to a malfunction of DLL Injector included in Loader.

· Please make Language.ini the default.
· Other, fixed defect fixes.
