higan v106r120 is released. higan (formerly bsnes) is a Nintendo multi-system emulator that began development on 2004-10-14. It currently supports the following systems:

fixed a bug in ld reg,(reg+) instructions, which allows Card Fighters to run
properly. Rewrote the interrupt handling to vastly reduce the amount of polling
needed per instruction and ... it resulted in no difference to speed. Wonderful.
Spent hours trying to figure out the issue with Sonic Pocket skipping the title
screen and Rockman Fighters not accepting input on the character select screen.
Really heroic lengths like tracking every branch the code takes and inverting
the branches, one by one. Firing each interrupt sequentially based on a bound
debugger key. On and on. I have absolutely no idea what's wrong here ...
