higan v106r173 is released. higan (formerly bsnes) is a Nintendo multi-system emulator that began development on 2004-10-14. It currently supports the following systems:
- Famicom
- Super Famicom
- Game Boy
- Game Boy Color
- Game Boy Advance

- Super Game Boy
- BS-X Satellaview
- Sufami Turbo

I merged the concepts of fullscreen and exclusive mode. There's no non-exclusive
mode anymore. I added support to the Linux/BSD OpenGL 2.0 and OpenGL 32 drivers
for the new fullscreen mode, which allows Gsync to work. I still have to add it
to the Windows OpenGL 3.2 driver. After that, I fixed a nasty issue with audio
breaking after loading save states. I redesigned the Audio, Video classes to use
regular pointers instead of shared pointers to function like the Scheduler. Also
threw in a few more GUI refinements.
