EmuCR: SDLVICE WinVICE r41464 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Gtk3: Hotkeys: update hotkeys editor with more debugging information
* Report modifiers and key pressed with check boxes, print GdkModifierType enum values as numbers and symbol names.
* Report total modifier mask and keysym value and symbol name.
* Temporarily allow META, SUPER and HYPER modifiers on non-MacOS.
This should help with identifying the issues with hotkeys on MacOS, and perhaps also on Linux and Windows.
To make testing less tedious, run `x64sc -settings-node host/hotkeys`.
