EmuCR: SDLVICE WinVICE r42460 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Gtk3: Remove use of deprecated ::margin-left and ::margin-right properties
The ::margin-left and ::margin-right properties have been deprecated in
favour of ::margin-start and ::margin-end respectively, since Gtk 3.12.
Also switch from using g_object_set() to set the margins to using the setter
functions for the margin properties.

Gtk3: Hotkeys: Add hotkeys-save action implementation, add to editor as well
Implement saving of hotkeys to the currently specified file in the "HotkeyFile"
resource, if the resource is empty the hotkeys will not be written the the
default hotkeys file (Streng Verboden!)
