cmd_play v1.4 is released. PC88 CMD PLAY emulation in C++/Win32.

cmd_play Changelog:
Settings are now saved properly.
Added batch files "test0.bat", "test1.bat", and "test2.bat".
Added a Ctrl+C handler.
Added a beep sound.
Fixed error message handling.
Added error handling for circular references.
Now properly displays "Ok".
Fixed a file format bug.
