Igir v4.3.1 is released. A zero-setup ROM collection manager that sorts, filters, extracts or archives, patches, and reports on collections of any size on any OS.

Fixes: trimmed ROMs
Two fixes:
Igir wasn't matching the padded CRC32s of trimmed ROMs correctly.
Writing trimmed ROMs would get retried when igir test was provided.
