gpSP-J (2012/05/12) is released. gpSP is the best GBA emulator released for the PSP with great compatibility and performance. Exophase has gained instant respect and love from the scene for his emulator.
WinArcadia & AmiArcadia v18.03 are released. AmiArcadia and WinArcadia are multi-emulators of these Signetics-based machines: Emerson Arcadia 2001 console family (Bandai, Emerson, Grandstand, Intervision, Leisure-Vision, Leonardo, MPT-03, Ormatu, Palladium, Poppy, Robdajet, Tele-Fever, Tempest, Tryom, Tunix, etc.) (1982);Interton VC 4000 console family (Acetronic, Fountain, Interton, Prinztronic, Radofin, Rowtron, Voltmace, Waddington, etc.) (c. 1978);Elektor TV Games Computer (1979); PIPBUG-based machines (Electronics Australia 77up2 and 78up5, Signetics Adaptable Board Computer, Eurocard 2650, etc.) (c. 1977-1978);Signetics Instructor 50 trainer (1978);Central Data 2650 computer (1977);Malzak 1 and 2 coin-ops by Kitronix (c. 1980) (preliminary); and Galaxia and Astro Wars coin-ops by Zaccaria (1979-1980) (preliminary).
WinUAE v2.4.2 Beta 1 is released. WinUAE is the commodore amiga emulator for Windows. WinUAE is a mostly complete software emulation of the hardware of the Commodore Amiga 500/1000/2000. A Commodore Amiga, for those who don’t know, is a 16/32 bit computer system based on the Motorola 680×0 CPU and a few specially designed custom chips that provide very good graphics and sound capabilities. Its first incarnation, the A1000, appeared in 1985, followed by the highly successful A500 and A2000 models. WinUAE is a port of the originally written for Unixish systems UAE; but over time, it seems the Windows port, WinUAE has become the best version available on any platform. WinUAE is free software: you are welcome to distribute copies of it and/or modify it, under certain conditions. There is no warranty of any kind for UAE. For more details concerning these issues, please read the GNU General Public License, which describes the terms under which WinUAE is distributed.
Dolphin Git 3.0-635 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. Dolphin has been changed SVN to Git recently.
FBZX-Wii v2 is released. Port of ZX Spectrum emulator FBZX to Wii. FBZX is a Sinclair Spectrum emulator, designed to work at full screen using the FrameBuffer or under X-Windows.
OpenBOR v3.0 Build 3692 is released. OpenBOR is an official port of the OpenBOR (aka Beats of Rage) beat em up game engine to the Wii. The initial port was done by SX and the current maintainer is Plombo.
BizHawk SVN r2276 is compiled. BizHawk is a A multi-system emulator written in C#. BizHawk provides nice features for casual gamers such as full screen, and joypad support in addition to full rerecording and debugging tools for all system cores.
VisualBoyAdvance-M SVN r1094 is compiled. VisualBoyAdvance-M(VBA-M) is a [Super] Game Boy [Color / Advance] emulator for Windows, Linux & Mac. Here you can get information about the latest development build of the Windows version and download it while you're at it.
Stella SVN r2469 is compiled. Stella is a multi-platform Atari 2600 VCS emulator. The Atari 2600 Video Computer System (VCS), introduced in 1977, was the most popular home video game system of the early 1980's. Now you can enjoy all of your favorite Atari 2600 games on your PC thanks to Stella!

QEMU v1.1 RC1 is released. QEMU is a generic and open source machine emulator and virtualizer.When used as a machine emulator, QEMU can run OSes and programs made for one machine (e.g. an ARM board) on a different machine (e.g. your own PC). By using dynamic translation, it achieves very good performances.When used as a virtualizer, QEMU achieves near native performances by executing the guest code directly on the host CPU. A host driver called the QEMU accelerator (also known as KQEMU) is needed in this case. The virtualizer mode requires that both the host and guest machine use x86 compatible processors.
Soywiz＇s Psp Emulator (2012/05/12) (r356) is released. Soywiz＇s Psp Emulator is a PlayStation Portable (PSP) emulator, emulator for windows. This emulator born as a proof of concept of an emulator made in D. Now it's getting more and more compatible with homebrew, and gaining in features and speed. The emulator was based in it's first version on great Noxa's C# pspplayer emulator.
Free42 v1.4.74 is released. Free42 is a complete re-implementation of the HP-42S scientific programmable RPN calculator,was made from 1988 until 1995 by Hewlett-Packard and the HP-82240 printer. Free42 was written from scratch, without using any HP code. You do not need any ROM images in order to use it, yet it is fully HP-42S compatible.
PCE.emu v1.4.26 for Android is released. PCE.emu is a free Android port of the PC-Engine emulator Mednafen. PC Engine/TurboGrafx-16 (TG16) emulator based on Mednafen (GPL), designed and tested on the original Droid/Milestone and the Xoom, but works on many devices with similar specs.
XRoar v0.28 is released. XRoar is a Dragon emulator for Linux, Unix, Mac OS X, GP32, Nintendo DS and Windows. Due to hardware similarities, XRoar also emulates the Tandy Colour Computer (CoCo) models 1 & 2.
fs-uae v1.3.4 is released. fs-uae is a multi-platform Amiga emulator based on UAE/WinUAE, with a focus on emulating floppy-disk and CD-ROM based games. An important feature of the emulator is that it is fully controllable with a gamepad from your couch, with an on-screen GUI, which means that you can easily swap floppies and load save states with your gamepad. fs-uae is well suited to be started from an emulator frontend running on a HTPC, for instance.
