EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 ReorderingMTGS SVN r3527 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

PCSX2 ReorderingMTGS SVN Changelog:
r3515
ReorderingMTGS:
* fixes flickering screen in Soul Calibur 3 (caused by VSYNC register bug)
* Optimized upload of queued Path1 transfers; such that all Path1's are uploaded as a single MTGS packet.
r3518
ReorderingMTGS: More tweaks to asm memcpy files (made code changes to Linux side, comment changes to Win32 side).

Linux Devs: Let's get this memcpy thing finalized, if its not already. I'd like to merge the current state of this branch into trunk as soon as possible, since its currently looking very stable and has been, up to this point, a code cleanup and stabilization project. (more invasive changes coming soon)
r3519
ReorderingMTGS: Revert changes to Vif_Codes.cpp from earlier, until other bugs in VIF processing can be resolved. (fixes ICO bootup).
r3520
ReorderingMTGS: Fix memcpy_amd_qwc.
r3521
ReorderingMTGS: Quick cleanups to gifMFIFO's path parsing.
r3522
ReorderingMTGS: Clean up and unify all OPH flag handling to be in the BUSDIR handler.
r3523
ReorderingMTGS: Sync with trunk!
r3527
ReorderingMTGS:
- Delete path1 buffering code, prep-work for the ability to exit execution on xgkicks.
- Increment save-state version.

3 Comments:

  1. bug report =
    1. granturismo 4 ( NTSC )=> screen bad picture
    2. Arc the lad twillight of the spirit (NTSC) => screen bad
    3. black (NTSXC) => the colour screen bad and grayscale

I hope increase FPS on all most game like ( TEKKEN 5, God Of war I&II, Granturismo 4, Arc the lad twillight of the spirit, etc)

  2. Dude, you should report that at the PCSX2 google source page or at their forums. Nobody involved in the pcsx2 would read this here. Especially because this SVN builds aren't officially supported.
