Dolphin SVN r6282 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

JitIL: Added an IR instruction. Fixed the NSMBW bug reported in Issue 3097.
In Issue 3097, two bugs are reported (The bad collision checking in NSMBW and MP2 collision issue). In this commit, the bug in NSMBW is fixed.
