nullDC optimized SVN r139

EmuCR: nullDCnullDC optimized SVN r139 is released. This is an optimized build. nullDC is an open source Sega Dreamcast(DC) and NAOMI videogame systems emulator for Microsoft Windows. nullDC runs several Dreamcast games at good speed, with full sound and music. NullDC requires the latest version of Microsoft DirectX, the latest Visual C++ runtime libraries and optionally WinPcap for modem emulation. As usual for emulators, a dump of the original console BIOS is also needed. It has a plugin architecture, with several alternative implementations (some ported from Chankast) for graphics, sound, reading games burned to CD-ROMs (it cannot read GD-ROMs directly) or disk image files, memory cards, etc.

--moving 1 line around: +10% on speed (from 440 to 485% on my pc ..)

tweaked the render timing a bit, further 2-3% speedup on 3d heavy scenes for multicores ..

    Slowed down and made my emulation inconsistent and buggy; on a i5 2500k@4.3ghz, just a heads up.

    Runs flawlessly on my rig. I also enabled Anisotropic Filter x16 through nVidia panel and it looks sweet.

    I doesn't save my game progress when I attempt to save, but it may be a game issue (Sword of Berserk). Beyond that it's alright.

    Because the original developer stopped working on the project at build 1.0.4, its been open source development since.
