Vba-ReRecording SVN r409 is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording branch of VisualBoyAdvance. This is the development project for this branch of VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Assisted movies.

Definitive fix for sound in SDL.
My previous attempt at this issue only made the sound problems lighter, this should get rid of them.
I used VBA-M's SDL sound output system, a side effect of this issue is that the SDL version will be unable to play back stuff at a desired speed different from 100%, just like VBA-M.
However, I already have a strategy to get around this that shouldn't take much time to implement and I'll do it when I have time.
