Dolphin Git 3.0-160 is released. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. Dolphin has been changed SVN to Git recently.
Dolphin Git changelog:
* Gameini database updates/additions. Affects SONIC GEMS COLLECTION, Star Wars Bounty Hunter, Bomberman Jetters, Shamu's Deep Sea Adventures, Cabela's Outdoor Adventures, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, Viewtiful Joe Red Hot Rumble, Spider-Man SD etc. Also fixes issue 4888.
* Synchronised the JIT cache with the ICache by invalidating the JIT block when the ICache is updated. This fixes Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. Thanks to DimitriPilot3 for the tip.
Fixes issue 1610.

ReplyDeleteI just want to play Shadow The Hedgehog for GC and mario kart for GC or Wii but never get the full speed =/
ReplyDeleteOk... my pc is a little bit old but still, I can play every single new game, emulate a lot of games from Wii/GC/DC/PS2... some one can help?

ReplyDeleteHelp? - Get a faster PC.That's the best help you'll ever get.Your PC is simply too weak for certain things, and that's something you seem to have realized yourself,too.There are simply no magical tweaks that can get your games up and running smoothly,simply because your system is below the required specs for modern console emulation (and PC gaming aswell).Look at the requirements + rethink your expectations = profit.
Get an AMD system.It's MORE than enough for current generation gaming.I used to have Intel CPU's and NVIDIA GPU's - never again,lol.Overpriced nonsense.Sure,they're faster in some cases,but that doesn't justify the higher price tag,since hardware gets too old,too quickly nowadays.If you gonna upgrade,make sure it's a quad core CPU with at least 3ghz,everything else will not last long enough for you to enjoy it as much,as the seller enjoys your money. :P
@ Moica your not going to get full speed on any Wii games with a celeron processor
ReplyDeletewell i have i7-990X Processor Extreme Edition ( O.C to 4.50 Ghz ).. i know the dolphin just use 2 cores but each core with 4.5 Ghz is enough in my case n have 2xATI 5970 crossfired ( O.C )

Now I can play Mario Kart Double Dash thanks to an older version of Dolphin and some changes in the settings ... Unfortunately Shadow the Hedgehog still very slow. I do not have any money to upgrade now, in fact I'm quite happy with the performance of my PC for now, I don't need to do everything in FullHD. Anyway thanks for answer and greetings from Brazil!
