EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2013/01/18) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Merge pull request #435 from unknownbrackets/vpl
Proper VPL rescheduling/waiting
* Cleanup the other vpl functions.
* Oops, 0 is a valid timer id.
* Actually wake up threads on vpl free.
* Properly wake semaphores in priority order.
* Clean up sceKernelFreeVpl(), not waking yet.
* Implement basic waiting for VPL allocation.
Always times out so far, though.
* Make sure BlockAllocator doesn't get off grain.
This should fix spurious warnings about AllocAt() when loading a game.
* Always use -1 for failed allocs in block allocator.
Before it used 0 and -1, confusing.
* Cleanup sceKernelCreateVpl() and add warns/errors.

Restore previous functionality of sceIoCloseAsync()

Although defAction isn't a good solution, removing it outright seems
