EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2013/02/12) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:

- More savestate fixes
- Don't savestate the last frame time.
- Don't crash if currentList is NULL.
- Fix some missing GPUCommon state.
- Clear vertex cache on savestates.
- Just so it's an easy way. We can remove later when we're sure.

- Undisable the vertex hash backoff
- Don't mark unreliable, just rehash each time.
- This improves perf significantly without the bugs.
- Simply don't cache < 100 verts for now. - Fixes wrong vertexes in a number of games. - Actually, these are draws. Increase to 24. - Fix vai->numFrames never incrementing.
- This made it never cache... oops.
