EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2013/07/28) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

Specify more endian stuff outside the kernel
* Specify file data layout endianness.
* Specify memory layout in sceMpeg/scePsmf.
* Specify memory layout in sceUmd.
* Specify memory layout in sceNet.
* Memory layout for sceIo.
* Specify memory layout in PPGe.
* Specify byte order in sceCtrl as well.
* Switch to _le memory layout specs in dialogs.
* More work on prescaled UV
* Oops, need to still rewind on breakpoint.
* Add experimental UV prescaling hack, hidden as it's not finished yet.
Most people should ignore this for now, it's a step towards faster skinning in the future.

Treat CORE_NEXTFRAME like CORE_RUNNING is breakpoints
* Treat CORE_NEXTFRAME like CORE_RUNNING is bps.
Fixes some cases where breakpoints skip instructions incorrectly.
* Remove that silly factor 2 for floating point texcoords and weights.
No longer needed since we treat the various vertex formats separately.
* Minor code cleanup/reindent around ARM jit
* Collapse skinning shaders with #bones < 4 to a single one. Significant perf win for skinned characters in FF:CC and maybe other games. * Fix size calculation for weights. Old one would waste space for small weights. * Minor shader simplification EmuCR: PPSSPP
