Nintemulator SVN r23123 is compiled. Nintemulator is a work in progress multi-system emulator. Plans for emulated systems are NES, SNES, N64, GB/GBC, GBA, NDS.

FC: Removed unnecessary "Cart" class, that only served as an itermediary between the Database and the Board class. Also removed irrelevant data from the database, still need to remove duplicate entries!

FC: Added INES loading as a fail-safe if game isn't found in database. Still incomplete because I can't give two shits about INES. Only added it to get test roms running again.
