EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2013/12/02) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Update target android version (doesn't affect compatibility with older versions)
* Show homebrew as a list by default, allow changing the view mode
Homebrew often has poor icons, making the names important.
Also fix an issue with touch button scaling.
Conflicts:
Core/Config.cpp
UI/MainScreen.cpp
* Merge pull request #4707 from pal1000/master
Warning fix in DisassemblyManager.cpp (Visual Studio 2013)
* Warning fix in DisassemblyManager.cpp (Visual Studio 2013)
* Merge pull request #4706 from Kingcom/Debugger
Automatically pause core when changing breakpoints
* Automatically pause core when changing breakpoints
* Disable vertex jit on jailed iOS devices
* Merge pull request #4705 from xsacha/master
Travis: Add support for Symbian.

* Merge pull request #4704 from unknownbrackets/debugger
Improve function symbol detection
* Detect tail call when scanning functions.
* Look for downward jumps for elses when scanning.
Otherwise, we often end the function earlier than it should be.
* Correctly reuse symbol map entries when scanning.
Before we created one huge function in place of the old.
* Fix hash detection of branches to jr ra.
This makes it more correctly identify functions.
* Scan for functions even without a .text section.
It's possible this may be wrong, but every game I've seen loads the funcs
in this area. Sometimes there's data after the funcs before the stubs,
but it's better than no funcs.
* Merge pull request #4666 from unknownbrackets/warnings
Minor warning fixes
* Omit -Wno-psabi for clang.
* Fix an unhandled case value warning.
* Fix an uninitialized value warning.
