PPSSPP Git (2014/02/03) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* Merge pull request #5317 from unknownbrackets/dialog
Minor dialog tweaks
* Allow confirm to bypass save load dialogs.
* Draw 16, not 15 characters max in the OSK.
This is a convenient number because passwords in some games are 16
characters long. 16 seems more likely to be choosen by developers as a
limit, and still fits well enough within the bounds.
* Use the latch in dialogs throughout.
This makes it so that rapid fire works for them as well.
* Merge pull request #5316 from unknownbrackets/vpl
Handle VPL fifo priority properly, fix sema fifo timeout
* Fix semaphores not waking on fifo timeout.
* In FIFO, wake the next waiting thread on timeout.
It may have been blocking the queue waiting for a larger size.s
