PPSSPP Git (2014/12/30) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

Fix some Unicode path issues and tiny tweak to armjit
* Fix a Symbian compile issue.

* armjit: handle any known zero in mtc1.
* Correct File::Rename() with Unicode paths.
Fixes savestates in e.g. Chinese folder paths, #7235.
