MAMEMAME Git (2015/01/05) is compiled. MAME stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator. When used in conjunction with images of the original arcade game's ROM and disk data, MAME attempts to reproduce that game as faithfully as possible on a more modern general-purpose computer. MAME can currently emulate several thousand different classic arcade video games from the late 1970s through the modern era.

* Run build tools based on build OS
* Renamed draw[sdl2|ogl|sdl]_window_get_primitives and related variables
to set_target_bounds. That's what is really done here. Moved common code

* Fix compiling with SDL 1.2, BASELIBS need X11 in this case. (nw)
* Fixed a memory leak in draw13.c and a clipping issues with vertically
flipped textures. Simplified the code and added consts were appropriate.
This was a preparation for using SDL2.0 texture rotation going forward.
