PPSSPP Git (2015/08/26) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Update submodules.
* Fix a glitch when PPSSPP_GIT_VERSION_NO_UPDATE = 1.
Would cause the other version not to generate properly.
