EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2016/04/11) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* Add support for 32-bit indices.
Not clear how often these are used by games. Let's find out.
* Add limited support for newly discovered 32-bit index buffer format (by unknownbrackets)
