EmuCR: DolphinDolphin Git 4.0-9459 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Fixes a major preformance regression in Skies of Arcadia during
battle transisions.
I had plans for a more advanced version of this code after 5.0,
but here is a minimal implemenation for now.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Master Quest) needs EFB to RAM
for the pause menu background to not be black and for Link to show up
in the pause menu. These are the two most visible issues without EFB
to RAM enabled.
This is consistent with the GameINI for the Collector's Edition
version (PZL).
